"Open up to ideas and avenues to build customer base in USA if you're really interested, otherwise, simply do what you must to keep your US customers happy and be glad you have a few."

"We merged with another company who cut all of the technicians salaries and therefore we all left."

"I was in management. Investigate a merger more carefully."
