"I have been a plus size admirer since college. It was great helping ladies fine the right style in Lane Bryant apparel especially with bras, right fit jeans, etc."

"I wouldn't recommend this company for employment."

What don't you like about working at Lane Bryant?

"The company downsized a lot of store in the baltimore metropolitan area. There was no real leadership (senior management wise). They stopped matching the 401(k) while I was there and when the store finally closed they waited a week before and threw out all the associates. Completely unprofessional as far as I am concerned."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Biggest suggestions is cut prices to have a moderated price selection of apparel for the plus size woman. Wal mart is the largest provider in plus size apparel and its not due to qualtiy or style or customer service...its price due to the economy."
