"I have been working at Lando & Anastasi for two years. I was working for another firm for one year in a different field prior to joining Lando. Although the benefits are good, there is no management structure. The "management committee" places a ton of ideas into place by the partners do not abide by these rules at all. After being established for so long, they really should have more of a handle on things that they do. There is a lot of responsibility put on the assistants that should be placed on the practitioner. The assistants do the best they can by are not given the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. Lando is a good stop over while trying to get your foot in the door with another IP firm."
