"I worked at Lakeview for 2.5 years. Since the company was bought by an investment firm 6 months ago the new executive team's professionalism has been excellent. I prefer a more corporate environment rather than unstructured privately owned company. I would recommend working for Lakeview as they are turning the company around to become an employer of choice in the South Florida area. The only downside is the complete absence of performance review structure, disciplinary process."
