"Most of the people. Clean work enviroment. Fun, fast paced, challenging. Open to some change."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview with there HR generalist. Interview directly with management. HR is to young to know talent and she is very unprofessional. She is moving her way around the office like those cheerleaders you hated in high school...it happened to me. Our insurance broker, an intern a dj at our company party. Now that she moved on to my boss it got to uncomfortable for her to see me and now I'm out looking."

What don't you like about working at Lakeside Manufacturing?

"Change was hard to push. They have to many managers that do not change. To many prima-donnas that convince others that there way is the best without looking at more cost effective easier alternatives. Those people block progress and hurt those around them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the ones holding you back and do not contribute. Listen to others and not just the ones who have been there the longest...they arent always the best because they have not been anywhere else for experience. Trying to make high end products with low end staff is not a good combination."
