"I have been working at Lake Trust Credit Union full-time for more than a year Pros -Amount of PTO is fantastic, benefits are really nice. -Choice between half hour and hour lunch. -Decently consistent meet ups with management about your plans to succeed. -Allows you to shadow other departments, gives you advice and helps you plan how to succeed -Positive culture. Cons -Call Center is most under appreciated place to work in Lake Trust and no other department likes you for some reason. -Relaxed environment turned to constantly being watched, which in turn puts workers on edge and feel like they're not trustworthy. -Managers will find reasons to pick on your stats, no matter how good they are. -While you get to shadow and are sometimes given tools to help you move up, they play favorites in some departments so you might be stuck in the call center for years. -Positive culture is put on hold when you walk into the call center area. Advice to Management You always talk about wanting feedback to make things better. When we do provide feedback, you don't listen unless its something simple like "how do you like these breaks". Not unless we beg and plead for one thing that might make us more efficient, then you let us do it once and never again. Please actually pay attention to our feedback. And try to be more transparent."
