"I've worked here for a long period of time and found the organization to be extremely dysfunctional. HR is not consistent with their messages and shows favoritism for certain people, they expect you to follow the policies when in fact they break and bend the policies to where they see fit. Positions are being created and given to individuals without posting the positions and pay increases are provided to select individuals several times in one year without justification. HR management always goes to the Payroll Lead to make decisions; which they do not have any other HR experience and bullying is definitely condoned for HR management look the other way. Also, when there are complaints against HR, HR does their own investigating. Honestly the whole organization is dysfunctional. People with little or no experience, gets rewarded and treated better than those who have experience."
