"Laguna tools was an awesome company ,until the founder who handled operations exited the company. The current atmosphere is toxic, led by hard core, CEO, who is actually a "Salesperson" and only values the sales department personnel, and COO, who simply delegates and is never in the office, "reachable on cell phone", (ya, right) and brings in consultants to perform his duties, calls this "big picture".Really! Roll up your sleeves and actually WORK! Leaders foster a feeling of community, they are vulnerable first,they unite people behind a common goal, and establish a strong culture in which everyone can thrive ( not just the sales department or your "protected" few. These 2 leaders are the opposite of these traits. On the other hand, the majority of the employees are good hard working employees, as this is the result of the initial founders years of mentoring and providing honest to goodness, excellent leadership."
