"Having worked at LaGrange Products since 2007 I find the employees wonderful to work with. Management could use some updating in their tactics for leadership. The engineering department suffers from lack of motivation when it comes to product design and development. Overall the quality department does the best they can with RMA's and any product issues. It is a family owned and operated company that has to adjust to the dynamics of the individuals that they employee. Unfortunately I do not believe that the management team does not involve it's employees enough in the creative process."
