"EMPLOYEE BEWARE*** EMPLOYEE BEWARE.. You will work for Less $$ so they can make more$$. No team work. Lacosta are cheap skates, you have to wait a year and 3 months before you get vacation if you get vacation. Lacosta requires you to wear Lacosta uniforms and charges the employee $$$ for the uniforms. Required to sign an AT WILL employee form in which you can and will be terminated for anything at any time. You might get holiday pay and you might not. Poor working conditions and safety issues employees getting injured all the time. (main reason primary company passes these jobs to a staffing agency) LaCosta management and supervisors are limited as to fixing complaints about safety issues and concerns. ONLY HAD ONE RAISE IN FIVE YEARS... YES 1 RAISE IN 5 YEARS. I would not recommend working for a staffing agency that does not do direct hire."
