2.6 I've worked with this company for a couple of years. Overall, it is a good company with good compensation. There is a yearly company get-together with raffle prizes which is nice.The culture depends on what department you work in and who your boss is. Some are easy going and fun. Others are only about the bottom-line.Being a retail store, the most opportunity for advancement is sales. You sell, you will get rewarded well. For other job positions, many people stay until they retire.
