"They move so fast, they burn out their existing employees, and hardly make time to train the new ones. Fickle decision making, and rapid, costly/potentially bad decisions are made internally, and frequently, as they seem to not really think things through at times. I have seen several QUALIFIED people come through that gave ample effort, but due to their own shortcomings with properly allocating resources to train, they decided to quickly cut their losses on some junior level employees."
