"Great company with a family like feeling of belonging. The products were changing the way the world works and you knew it every day. My issues with Labsphere would be the lack of structure from a management side. Some of the management was not able to preform their duties on a daily basis to their employees. Direction of the company was also not defined by upper management well and caused some issues with work flow at lower levels."
