"I've worked for Labinal a long time. For many years I really loved it. But in the last few years I barely recognize the company. They expect their employees to sacrifice their family life for the company. When we complain in the engagement surveys they spend money on "programs" instead of just treating us like people."
"Unstable in terms of permanent positions, work packages for Boeing can vary drastically and change the demand of engineers very quickly. Labinal performs high level engineering designs, but the salaries are low compared to the average national salary of an Engineer. Mobility is not very well supported among the sister companies of the Group, and the engineering quality is below the business interest when it comes to please the Boeing in terms of time and quantity."

"It is a great environment, fast paced atmosphere, and the people who work here truly care about the product they make."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to do a lot of studying, training, test taking, and learning new skills. It's a great company to work for as long as you are goal oriented and enjoy the work. It's not for everybody."
What don't you like about working at Labinal?
"Second shift has very little support available. It could easily take hours to get an answer to what should be a simple problem."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Employees would be more motivated if an attainable profit sharing goal was in place, if they had access to everything they need to do their job, and if communication was better."
