"As a consulting firm, Lab49's strength is its people. Lab is very good at hiring smart, considerate front office people. It also pays fairly well. That's about where its strengths end. Lots of thankless overtime, old technology, little vacation, awful, secretive management, and very little investment in employees or even office space. You're expected to sacrifice to fulfill the promises others made. Turnover is very high."
