"To know the your background and material and learn to apply it in the industry field."

"I wasn't able to get involved in the complete research. I wanted to know what I why I was doing what I was doing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more organized and detailed. To know what your assistants and employees know about the company and their job."
What don't you like about working at Cedar Valley College?
"They pay as little is possible to keep you, pay only increased by changing jobs."
What do you like about working at Quest Diagnostics?
"My field job. I like in working in laboratory. Answering phone, answer fax requests and helping and co-operate the coworkers. I like work in quest diagnostics. I like to work in quest diagnostics as a histology department or any other department."
What do you like about working at Mason General Hospital?
"Able to work in a small community where the organization can meet some of its needs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on a developing a quality improvement team; better individual performance reviews; adapt quality improvement methods, tools, and program; improve communication and collaboration between departments."
