"Very unorganized. Joe the owner was a piece of work. Had me ring up sales on second register and not report it. Accused me of stealing money from the change fund, had my lawyers get involved, then I was dropped from investigation, of course this was like over a year after I left them. If it wasn't for his few casino stores, there would be no LA Italian Kitchen"
