What don't you like about working at L-3?

"The favoritism the senior manager showed was blatant and no secret to anyone. He was arrogant and full of self importance. I do not feel he was a competent or reliable. He was a game player and pitted people against one another. When the layoff came he found a way to keep HIS favorites.Training and promotions were only given to the favorites. There was not way to get ahead or advancement unless you were the bosses favorite. Merit counted for nothing."

"Replace upper management with a fair minded, reliable, trustworthy and competent person."
