"L&M is a good company to work for. The atmosphere is good and there are great team members in the organization. It delivers quality but it lacks consistency in order for the organization to be a strong leader in the produce industry. I feel like the Upper Management is afraid of making hard, sacrificial decisions that would elevate the performance level of the organization."
