"Continued change of Executive Management (Pres., VP as well as National Sales Manager), which some came from other countries that without a doubt did business much differently then in the U.S."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue with existing, dedicated customers and trust them, they (majority) have been faithful customers. Make them feel they are strategic business partners at all times. Share what you can about new technology and why it make all positioned better!"

"KWC lost its way years ago. The last layoff cut the workforce much too deep. Executive level does not appreciate the work of employees. It's universally known that no matter what you do, and no matter what results you achieve, it'll NEVER be enough or make a bit of difference."

"Try a strategies that make sense and stick to them."

"I had never worked in the cell phone industry. I learned quite a bit and also huge Bill of Materials. There were great people."

"Kyocera is not a stable company. They had layoffs every month."

"Kyocera Wirless had major problems with suppliers and vendors which hindered the production of cell phones. This lead to major layoffs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest they find a new finished good vendor. They used the same venodr as all other major cell phone compnaies. However, our forecast ws often many units smaller. Therefore, w were always pushed out of the production line based on our vendors other customers."
