What do you like about working at Kuwait Controls?

"1. The company never skip to pay the monthly salaries to the employees and workers.2. Some people are friendly.3. There are several works and project to be done.4. Most of the works and projects are owned by the Kuwait government.5. Management relationship to the government is very strong.6. The directors and the managers are well provided."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"1. This is only my experience, I don't know yours.2. This is an Egyptian owned company, and most of the personnel are the same.3. It is easy to join, but once you are fed up with the culture and very weak system, it is very hard to be released. You cannot go because they kept your passport. You cannot resign and process your papers in two months."

What don't you like about working at Kuwait Controls?

"1. The company is not giving the correct overtime pay rates from regular to special holidays.2. There are too much red tape. When you need to take one signature, it would take more than a week only for to know if the already signed.3. There secretaries who thinks they are next to the directors, so they feel they are higher than the general managers, site managers, and engineers.4. Most of the people want to finish several works in one day, regardless of several the difficulties the poor person is handling.5. There are too much pressure to every work everywhere.6. There is no annual medical examinations for all levels of employees.7. Most of them wants to be called as boss.8. There is no individual monthly salary statement, for you to know how they compute.9. Different directors have different management and ways to handle the peoples' needs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management should understand the word called system.Training for most of the personnel.Have one system for each of the employees' needs.The company should follow one direction and policy, not by each director's will only."
