"I’ve worked for KushCo for a year now and have, unfortunately, witnessed 3 rounds of lay offs in the past 3 months. I had really high hopes when joining the company because revenue was at its all time high (and so were the stock shares). Now the company is struggling to stay afloat and I fear that any day is my last day. The moral has decreased tremendously and the culture is no longer team oriented; instead it has become a fight for individual job security. While I love a lot of people I work with, the environment has become toxic."
