"Startup with limited resources. Lack of top level management with a narrow focus. Unspecified vision with lower level staff and management experience. Does not know how to set expectations. The company has a decent portfolio and the vision was appealing. The issue is a lack of field coordination and lack of management medical experts. Company has its hands in too many products and are not experts at any specific products. With new management and a more direct approach, the company may do well in the future."
