"There are little opportunity advancement once you are at the managerial position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide more opportunity for advancement and or create more positions."
"Kumho is a great company to work with if you are Korean. Otherwise it is not favorable to anyone else who are not Korean. There is almost no career growth if you are not Korean. The management focus too much on minor issues and overlook major issues which are costly to the company. They favor decisions made by Korean rather than better decisions made from others."
