"High level company skilled people"

"This is a multinational company with headquarters moved to Singapore in 2008. There are two branch offices in the US. They are in PA and CA. The two branch offices are mainly engineering R&D and application teams. Majority of the positions are in Singapore. The company had a number of acquisitions before but over 90% were failed. They either shut down the acquired company or lay off the majority of the acquired personnel. The company manages high volume products very good but does not do well in niche markets such that most of the acquired companies were shut down and failed even though they were very successful before the acquisition."

"Meeting and working with Customer's all over the world."

What don't you like about working at Kulicke & Soffa?

"How they outsource the workload and reduce the US workforce."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring back some of the workload and create new positions in the US."
