"I worked for KUKA Systems for 5 years hiring in through a contractor. Starting out KUKA provided top tier training which for a recent graduate was invaluable. Being a large company it also had significant resources so they had good technology and a lot of good personnel. The only downsides were the long hours, extensive travel (up to 80% some years) and below market wage."
