"Good place to work for. Culture overall could improve and include quality and safety in the fault work agenda and not as an extra thing to do. Department managers, being promoted from within, lack management training and that shows in the overall performance. More training would help and they should understand that only performing their technical job is not enough. They have to allocate time to actually manage their teams. Soft skills are also part of their teams overall knowledge!!!"
