"I've worked for KMH for 11 years. A small family owned business, which paid well considering it's circumstances. Enjoyed the job, learned a lot about Commercial Construction. Money got tighter and tighter, post 2008 Recession. Working environment became extreme, i.e., no A/C in summer and very little heat in winter, in a very poorly insulated old brick building. Owners very family oriented management style."
