What don't you like about working at Kroll?

"The benefits were terrible and expensive. My supervisor did not believe in 8 hour days and thought that no one should take a day off. My daughter graduated from Kindergarten during my employment and she actually couldn't understand why they did it during working hours. I am a single mom and need a company that can be flexible. Kroll offers none of that. I also did payroll and when one of the employees wanted to spend time with her husband before he left for Iraq they gave her a large amount of greif about it and would not allow her to use her PTO."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be understanding. I was never told what was expected of me and was reprimanded for not doing something they way it was expected but as an employee of only a few months everything was very new to me."

Flood Services Supervisor

"Huge potential but complacent employees."
