"Worked alone on the night shift. Had plenty of time to get my worklist done."

"Come well groomed. The people that were hired when I was there, appeared to be hired based on availability and appearance not necessarily on experience or background."

What don't you like about working at Krist Oil?

"No benefits. No pay increases. No chance of promotion. Low starting pay and demeaning pay increases, if any. Family owned and the family disputes were not uncommon. If one brother entered the store, an incident report was required! Paid for hours scheduled, so don't show up early, and do not leave late."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To the owners: You get what you pay for...If you want quality employees with less turn over you need to invest in your sales associates and managers. Please consider that the pay is so low at store level it is not even an available option for this website!"
