"Let me begin by saying I love the company. I worked with a great team of people. My biggest concern is that there are significant challenges with communication and responsiveness from corporate and production. Reasoning behind their decision making is perplexing at best and it seems they cannot be confused by facts when making go to market decisions. Prepared to be inundated with administrative work and reporting with inaccurate data. There is promise for this company, but not with the current trend in business development. If you are good at following orders and not questioning, this is the right time to work at this company. If you're in a sales role, be prepared to not have control over your bottom line. You can sell all you want, but if the company cannot produce the product or discontinues it without your knowledge...well you get the picture."
