"This is a CBS owned and operated by the company. Big decisions move slowly because of a bottleneck at the top- and all big calls have to go through NYC. The culture is changing towards a more digital presence that brings the station up to speed with its competitors, but also adds more work to a load of crews in the field. Morale changes, but a recent mass exodus after the hiring of a new News Director is indicative of its decline."
