"I feel more support is required from the management and also some hardware equipment."

"I feel management should be more responsible in doing project plans."

"Its a really a nice place atleast for a fresher because people over there helps juniors to grow and also appreciates there work.I got many appreciation awards there and with in 2 years of my career only I got promoted to Sr. Developer because of my performance. KPIT cares for there employees."

"Good place to explore new things and learn new but don't expect much in money."

What don't you like about working at KPIT Cummins?

"There package(salary) is not up to market standards.If people give there best then in return they want a good package also. This is the main problem in KPIT."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please improve on your package planning.Match the market standards."
