"The Director of IM Operations once referred to the Internet Marketing Department as the Titanic during what was supposed to be a sales rally meeting. Cancellations continue to make reductions in labor necessary and yet, services continue to be provided for clients who cancel and clients who do pay do not get serviced because there is no clear production queue form contract signing to launch, or from cancellation notice to stoppage of services."
