"They pay far less than most Pharma companies. They are folksy and fun at first, then you realize how po-dunk the culture really is. They can't afford real talent in management, so you get alcoholics and mental disorders who bully and garner performance with fear tactics. There is high turn-over like a revolving door, with a "never take ownership" mentality. You can't trust HR or surveys that you think are confidential/anonymous, since it always comes back to bite you, if you dare to share the harsh reality or truth. Good luck if you're new to pharma, otherwise...run for the hills."
