"I have worked for Kobie Marketing since November 2018 and find it to be very paced and demanding. Not as agile process as I would prefer, but I have been making it work with being the only Front end developer in the creative agency."

"This is the worst place I have ever worked. They do not care about employees or customers. No future. No clue. Blind leading the deaf. Old technology and no plan to make it current. Oversubscribed."

"Horrible. Hostile workplace. Sexual harassment. Bullying rules the day. People who have a work ethic are worked to the bone, while lazy employees can coast. Strangest thing I've ever seen. Nothing ever gets done until the 25th hour, and then only because the client is demanding it, most likely because we over-promised and always under-deliver. You have to argue and fight with other groups to protect the interests of your client and the department you represent. HR is completely useless, headed by a particularly incompetent, monstrous personality who has zero business being in an HR capacity. The executive team is further incompetent, having weeded out anyone with any talent, and they are funneling their skewed version of reality to the silver-spoon son of the founder, who, as CEO, is doing a brilliant job of running the company into the toilet."
