"I've been a field service engineer with Kobelco for over 2 years. The work life balance can be tough if you have a family and the work comes in waves. A lot can be learned in a few years. Sometimes management could be better."
"Good company to work for. Medical, vision and dental coverage is good. Poor management communication. Pay rate is medium. Raises are poorly distributed. They do nothing to keep or maintain experienced employees. Experienced employees leaving several a month. Many employees leaving due to very little work and no pay increases. The are run by Japanese managers and no real leadership working to keep experienced workers."
