"I have been a contract instructor for Knowlogy for a while. They do not pay their bills and lie about sending your pay or to get you to do more work. One instructor had worked 11 weeks, and was overdue payments for 7, Another instructor was owed 4 weeks. One instructor was lied to so much they walked out of a class and another instructor never showed up to teach. The management will lie to get you to do anything. They have no respect for any of the trainers or people that work in the company. The people that work there are nice, but are abused by their management. Do not work for them unless all your expenses are prepaid and make them pay you for one class before you take another."

"Be prepared to have days where you feel like nothing you do for the customer is right."

"The repetition of the job. Granted each situation is different, typically the fix is always the same."

"While all companies encounter operational issues as a normal part of business in the real world, Knowlogy's operational lacking with regard to performing as promised for customers and employees is severe."
