"Fintech , transformation in Europe , challenging but fun"
"I learned a lot, but organization could have been better"
What do you like about working at KNEIP?
"It was a great training ground for working in a startup, as Kneip was a former startup that had grown very successful. I also gained invaluable experience in streamlining internal communications; this has served me very well since then."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're not a strong self-starter, or if you don't have experience in exactly the same field in which you'd be working here, the company probably isn't right for you."
What don't you like about working at KNEIP?
"There was no training at all provided, and I had to teach myself to do nearly everything. Even that wouldn't be so bad, except that my supervisor expected me to be able to hit the ground running from day one. No one could have done that!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide training! But you have an MBA is not a valid response to inexperience: an MBA does not enable me to read your mind or to pick up company policies and methods by osmosis."
