"My boss is a control freak with a severe case of OCD. He is obsessed with his job and expects everyone roun him to be equally obsessed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow the word of Christ. Treat people and the time they give with respect. Giving someone the ability to come in 2 hours late the next day after spending 14+ hours working the day before is just a insult. People are not robots and their time is valuable. You seem to forget that our pay is based on 40 hours a week. Working us without consideration of this de-values our pay."
