"There is interesting software development at KMC. The management epitomizes the Peter principal and green shifting. Out of touch with the employees, trying to do as little as possible until retirement, rationalizing problems away by characterizing the companies problems as the same everywhere. In one sense it is, politics dominates. If you want to be a coding automaton in a windowless warehouse, this is the place for you. If you think solid management teams are built on cronyism, the ability to speak at length and say nothing, and a superhuman ability to dodge any issue that may result in them having to something, then this is the place for you. If you take pride in doing good work, and respect and enjoy working with like minded people, keep looking."
