"Helping not only customers but also learning new things about the job and helped manage others by training and solving problems around the job and help with management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't get confused by someone's way of talking. Follow what's really on your mind and also follow your gut. If it tells you to hire the person you are interviewing then do it, if you have second thoughts about it then let it go. Some people are good in talking but when it comes down to hands on, they are not giving it all. They just need a paycheck and not care."

"Employees that call in all the time."

"To improve the restriction of attendance to better the company."
