"Don't go. It nearly killed me. I'm so happy that I am not there."

What don't you like about working at Kmart?

"They treated their best employees like crap. They piled the work on and made you work long hours without compensation and criticized. They fired all the experienced people because they made too much and lost anyone who knew how to merchandise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too Late to get back the good employees you had. That's why your stores look like crap. They don't give the stores enough hours for payroll to make the stores look good. They fired the good managers."
