"This place simply put is a bad place. They pride themselves on being low paying. The problem is that then they don't recruit the best candidates and therefore there is CONSTANT turnover. As a result there are massive over runs and big charge offs which affect each employees bonus. Then you are constantly training someone new just to have them let go once you start to a point where you don't have to sit with the individual each hour to answer questions. I would not recommend this place."
