"The disconnect between administration and teachers. Teacher morale is low, depending on your campus. If you try and make suggestions for improvement, you are looked at as if you attacking the district."

"You need to check teacher morale on campus. If it's low, it's the management style of the campus principals. We aren't in this for the money, but that doesn't mean you can expect us to work for free, without compensation, or even recognition."

"I love working here just because of my freedom in the classroom, but that is slowly going away with all the new teacher requirements. Learn the culture of Klein very quickly. Backdoor approaches work best."

"Teacher morale and the way the administration treats employees. We are told not to complain because we are lucky to have a job, and that if we don't like it, we can leave. Unless you are part of the in group, you are disposable. Guilty of cronyisim."

"Improve teacher morale. We feel overworked and under appreciated. Principals can either make or break a school - if teacher morale is low, the principal is doing something wrong."
