"Go for it. However, ask if they are going to train you for the position if it something new for you."

What don't you like about working at Kitchell?

"They did not train me at all for the position I was hired for. Then they offered me the Insurance Administrator Position and I had to arrange for someone outside the company to come and train me. And then two months later they eliminated the position and laid me off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give new employees a chance by training them from the beginning. Give current employees a chance by finding another position within the company."
