"I worked seasonally as an employee at Kirkland's Home Furnishing store. I worked at two locations: Firewheel location in Garland, TX, and the Mesquite location. The Firewheel location was extraordinary! This location is very well managed and appreciative of their employees and customers. They always kept every section of the store organized and up to date with the merchandise. The Mesquite store did not match up to the Firewheel location, but is still a recommendation for work."

"I worked for Kirkland's for 3 years. Great Corporate office in TN, however, the Texas branch is horrifying. HR is a joke, Regionals are clowns and DM are predators. Ask a 110LBS woman to lift a 120LBS item just because they don't want to pay for additional staff. Suck the life of their female managers and Team members while paying the very few men more, just because they are men! I would highly recommend working for them IF you are only located in TN, Looking for early disability retirement due to on the job accident and being paid less than a man then this is your spot to shine!"

"It's a job. Super high turnover, low pay for the hours required. People doing the work were great, the site operations director they hired was pretty clueless."
