"Great company to work for when there is business. There will be layoffs if business is not right. Overall, great company when things are going well, but not much when things aren't."

"Kirkhill is part of the Transdigm family of companies. I serve here as the leader of plant project engineering, plant maintenance and site EH&S. The job is great. The people are great. The opportunity to advance is very limited."

"The company is, for the most part, an average company to work for. As in most places, there are good and bad employees. Unfortunately, the opportunity to move up is slim to none. Management had promised a promotion once I have graduated. Its been over six months since graduation and after several promises of a promotion and pay increase management has yet to deliver. The company usually will low ball on pay and raises are small at best. The company has also left some less than qualified employees in high-level positions which have to lead to a communication disconnect and lack of standardization. My relationship with my direct supervisor is a good one however the Engineering Director is a different story all talk and no bite."

"The company is alright to work for however bit too much on the politics side from upper management. The biggest issue is the lack of communication, failure to deliver on promises and extremely difficult to move up unless someone is fired or retires. The lower devisions are fun to work with. The company always pays low balls on pay and raises."
