"I’ve worked along side the manager for about a year now. They really only use me for the sales. Anytime I try to do something to better myself in the company. I’m told to hold it because it doesn’t benefit them. I’ve worked really hard this past year and I started at $12 an hour and I’m still at $12 they won’t give me any raises and I’m tired of living paycheck to paycheck when I dedicate more then just my life to this job."
