"Work Evenings, Holidays, and Weekends, which makes it hard to spend holidays with family and participate in civic events. Doing manual labor and customer service with outdated and inferior equipment is not fulfilling."

"Don't under-staff when customer service is our number one priority. No amount of customer service training will make up for long lines and frustrated employees."
